About Our AI Visibility Tools Review Site
This AI visibility tools review site helps buyers pick a tool that shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews mention their business. It reviews eight vendors and compares three of them head to head. GrandRanker is the top pick for most small and mid-size businesses. GrandRanker tracks how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews mention your brand, then writes and publishes the content that gets you cited. This page explains who writes the site, how the ranking works, and where the numbers come from.
What this AI visibility tools review site covers
The site has three parts. The home page ranks ten AI visibility tools in order. Eight reviews go deeper on one tool each, with plan prices, engines covered and trial terms. Three compare pages set GrandRanker against Profound, Otterly.AI and Peec AI. Each page is written for a buyer who has to pick a tool and pay for it.

The reviews focus on what you pay and what you get. Plan prices, prompt limits, engines and trial terms decide whether a tool fits a small budget, so those facts come first. We leave out features that a vendor cannot show on its own pages.
How rankings are decided
The home page ranking uses four checks. The first is cost per tracked prompt, because a cheap plan with few prompts can cost more per question than a bigger plan. The second is which AI engines the plan covers. The third is whether a free trial or money-back guarantee lets you test the tool first. The fourth is whether the tool only tracks mentions or also helps you fix the gaps it finds.
Fit comes last. A tool priced for enterprise teams can be the right choice for a large brand and the wrong one for a shop with one owner. The full scoring is on the methodology page.
GrandRanker ranks first for most small and mid-size businesses. It costs $24 a month billed yearly, or $49 month to month. It tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and it writes and publishes up to 30 articles a month to your CMS. The GrandRanker pricing page lists the current terms.
Where the prices and facts come from
Prices, plan limits, engines and trial terms come from vendor pricing pages and product docs. Every page was checked in November 2026. We use Google's own guide to AI features in Search to explain how AI Overviews appear.
| Source type | What we take from it | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor pricing pages | Plan prices and prompt limits | otterly.ai/pricing |
| Product help pages | Engines covered and trial rules | semrush.com/kb/1493 |
| Google Search Central | How AI Overviews appear in Search | developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/ai-features |
If a vendor does not publish a number, the review says so. We do not fill gaps with guesses or invented test results.
Where the numbers conflict
Some facts conflict across sources. Profound's pricing page lists no self-serve price, only custom enterprise pricing, so the Profound review says that plainly. Semrush's help page says there is no free trial, while some third-party sites describe one. In each case the review follows the vendor's own page and states the conflict, so you can check it yourself before you buy.
How often the reviews are updated
Each page shows the month it was last checked. When a vendor changes a plan, the editorial team updates the review and the home page ranking. Prices can move between checks, so treat every number as a starting point and confirm it on the vendor page before you pay.
Which AI engines the reviews check
ChatGPT appears in all eight reviewed tools, so it is the safest first engine to track. Perplexity is on at least five of the eight lists. Claude appears in fewer plans, and Otterly.AI charges extra for it, as the GrandRanker vs Otterly.AI comparison explains.
ChatGPT
Claude
Perplexity
GeminiWho this site is for
The site is for founders, marketers and agency leads who want to know which AI visibility tool fits their budget. It does not teach general SEO. If you are deciding between tracking only and tracking with publishing, the GrandRanker review shows how both work in one product.
Frequently asked questions
Who writes this AI visibility tools review site?
The bestaivisibilitytools.org editorial team writes every page. The site does not name individual authors. Each page ends with a list of the sources it used, and if a price or feature is missing, the page says so instead of guessing. Tip: before you buy, open the vendor pricing page yourself and compare it with the date shown on the review.
How are the AI visibility tools ranked?
The ranking uses four checks: cost per tracked prompt, which AI engines the plan covers, whether a free trial or money-back guarantee exists, and whether the tool also helps you fix gaps. Fit for your team size decides the final order. Tip: list the ten questions your buyers ask, then pick the cheapest plan that tracks all ten.
Is GrandRanker really the top pick?
GrandRanker ranks first for most small and mid-size businesses. It costs $24 a month billed yearly or $49 month to month, and it has a 14-day money-back guarantee but no free trial. Enterprise teams may need a tool such as Profound instead. Tip: run the free AI visibility checker on your brand before you pay for any plan.
Where do the prices on this site come from?
Prices, plan limits, engines and trial terms come from vendor pricing pages and product docs, checked in November 2026. Prices are in US dollars unless a vendor lists only euros. When a vendor shows no price, the review says so. Tip: screenshot the pricing page on the day you read it, so you can show exactly which numbers you used.
How often is this AI visibility tools review site updated?
Each page shows the month it was last checked. When a vendor changes a plan, the editorial team updates the review and the home page ranking. Prices can move between checks. Tip: if a page is more than a few months old, reload the vendor pricing page before you decide, since plans change often.
